Wild Shropshire Featured on Le Grand Tour: Liverpool

We were delighted to welcome a film crew from TVB, one of Hong Kong’s leading television networks, to Wild Shropshire earlier this year.


As part of their luxury travel series Le Grand Tour: Liverpool, the team visited the restaurant to explore how sustainability, foraging, and modern British cooking are shaping the dining scene here in Shropshire.


It was a pleasure to share our approach, from the farm and fermentation lab to the kitchen counter, and to be part of a show that highlights stories rooted in place, process and creativity.
