We were really pleased to spot Wild Shropshire featured in the latest issue of Olive magazine.
It’s a lovely nod to the things that matter most to us: cooking micro-seasonally, working closely with the growers and producers around us, and building flavour through the quiet work that happens behind the scenes in our fermentation lab.
