Chef James Sherwin on Great British Menu

We can finally share a little news from the Wild Shropshire kitchen: Chef James Sherwin will be appearing on Great British Menu, representing the Central region.

Great British Menu has long been one of those programmes that chefs watch with a mix of admiration and nerves, so this has been a genuinely special moment for James and the team. While the show brings a different kind of pressure to a normal service, James approached it the same way he approaches everything here: with quiet focus, respect for ingredients, and a determination to do things properly.

We’ll keep things spoiler-free, but we hope you’ll tune in and cheer him on.
