This morning our Beverage Director, Joseph Stark, joined Adam Green live in the BBC Radio Shropshire studio to talk about a subject close to our hearts, non-alcoholic drinks.

From our fully non-alcoholic Creations Flight to the in-house ferments crafted from what’s grown and foraged on our farm, Joe shared how drinks without alcohol can still be complex, surprising, and every bit as thoughtful as wine.

The conversation explored where flavour comes from, why creativity matters when it comes to pairing, and how non-alcoholic drinks are becoming a vital part of the dining experience.
