Joseph Stark Shares Innovation in Drinks on BBC News Midlands Today

Earlier this week, our Beverage Director Joseph Stark was featured on BBC News Midlands Today as part of a piece exploring the rise of non-alcoholic drinks.

Joe shared how he has built on this movement here at Wild Shropshire, developing the Creations Flight - our fully non-alcoholic pairing, crafted from what we grow, forage, and ferment on the farm. Designed to sit alongside our wine pairing, the Creations Flight means that every guest, whether a designated driver, non-drinker, or simply curious, can enjoy a complete journey through flavour.

While the segment focused on the wider trend, Joe’s contribution highlighted how this approach has become central to our dining experience. His work has already been recognised nationally with a place on the Top 100 Sommeliers shaping the UK wine scene and the Innovation Award 2025, and it was brilliant to see it represented on screen.
