We offer a selection of different pairings to accompany your meal.
These consist of 4 drinks at lunch & 5 drinks at dinner.
We make all of our soft drinks for the pairing in house & in our Lab.

Wild Wine Flight
Our wine flight highlights organic & biodynamic wines from small producers.
The wines are chosen to complement our menu but they are also interesting
examples of little-known grape varieties and/or winemaking regions.
